Booking Terms and Conditions
Rates are subject to availability and may change without notice.
Per person, per night costs are based on 2 people sharing. A supplement of £25 per night is charged for single occupancy.
Children over 12 are charged as adults. Younger children staying in their parents’ room are charged at £35 B&B.
Check-in is available from 3.00 pm and check-out is by 11.00 am. If you wish to check-in early or check-out later then a £20 per room additional charge will secure this for you.
There is a minimum stay of two nights on all Bank Holiday weekends and weekends from July- September.
Please note our hotel is strictly non-smoking throughout.
Cancellation:
We are aware that sometimes our guests, for various reasons, need to cancel a booking. We try to be as flexible as we can when this happens, and follow the policy set out below to ensure everyone is treated fairly.
We highly recommend Holiday Insurance which is inexpensive and protects you should circumstances mean you are unable to enjoy your booking.
Your deposit secures your booking and is non-refundable, but may be applied for 3 months to a future booking should you have to cancel.
Your reservation is a legally binding contract and if you have to cancel for any reason, you may be liable to pay the total cost of your stay unless we can re-let your room/s.
Cancellation less than 96hrs (4 days) before arrival = 50% of total stay will be charged.
Cancellation less than 48hrs (2 days) before arrival = 100% of total stay will be charged.
