Prices listed are per person, per night based on two people sharing a room inclusive of Breakfast and VAT.
Dinner, Bed & Breakfast includes a 3-course evening meal chosen from our á la carte menu. If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know when you book. Our restaurant is open Tuesday-Saturday evenings and for Sunday lunch.

Every room at Fernhill is different – decorated individually to suit its individual characteristics.
All our bedrooms are decorated to a high standard and include en-suite bath or shower rooms, fair-trade tea & coffee making facilities, books to enjoy during your stay and a TV / DVD player, with DVDs available to borrow from reception, should you fancy whiling away a few hours during the day or after a fulfilling dinner.
Many of our rooms can take a fold-up bed to accommodate children, and can be made up as a double or a twin room.
Spa Rooms
All our spa rooms provide exceptional views of the Char Valley, surrounding countryside or swimming pool. They have an air massage bath and shower to enjoy after a busy day, and complimentary bathrobes to enjoy during the course of your stay.
The Studio
This is an open plan space with a super-king size double or twin beds and an additional single bed with fantastic views over the pool and towards the sea beyond. It is designed to accommodate 3 people or more. Fully refurbished (2006) with DVD & TV and charged as a Spa room. Additional beds can be organised as a comfortable space for a family of 5.
Superior rooms
Superior rooms are refurbished to a high standard and offer rain showers and complimentary bathrobes to enjoy during your stay.
Classic Double rooms
Our double rooms are decorated to a high standard with standard double beds but do not yet have refurbished bathrooms, instead enjoying retro bathrooms which are in good working order and dated only in colour.
Booking Terms and conditions
Rates are subject to availability and may change without notice.
Per person, per night costs are based on 2 people sharing. A supplement of £25 per night is charged for single occupancy.
Children over 12 are charged as adults. Younger children staying in their parents’ room are charged at £35 B&B.
Check-in is available from 3.00 pm and check-out is by 11.00 am. If you wish to check-in early or check-out later then a £20 per room additional charge will secure this for you.
There is a minimum stay of two nights on all Bank Holiday weekends and weekends from July- September.
Please note our hotel is strictly non-smoking throughout.
Cancellation:
We are aware that sometimes our guests, for various reasons, need to cancel a booking. We try to be as flexible as we can when this happens, and follow the policy set out below to ensure everyone is treated fairly.
We highly recommend Holiday Insurance which is inexpensive and protects you should circumstances mean you are unable to enjoy your booking.
Your deposit secures your booking and is non-refundable, but may be applied for 3 months to a future booking should you have to cancel.
Your reservation is a legally binding contract and if you have to cancel for any reason, you may be liable to pay the total cost of your stay unless we can re-let your room/s.
Cancellation less than 96hrs (4 days) before arrival = 50% of total stay will be charged.
Cancellation less than 48hrs (2 days) before arrival = 100% of total stay will be charged
