Cancellation Policy:
We are aware that sometimes our guests, for various reasons, need to cancel a booking. We try to be as flexible as we can when this happens, and follow the policy set out below to ensure everyone is treated fairly. We highly recommend Holiday Insurance which is inexpensive and protects you should circumstances mean you are unable to enjoy your booking. Your deposit secures your room booking and is non-refundable, but may be applied for 3 months to a future room booking should you have to cancel. Your reservation is a legally binding contract and if you have to cancel for any reason, you may be liable to pay the total cost of your stay unless we can re-let your room/s.
Cancellation less than 96hrs (4 days) before arrival = 50% of total stay will be charged
Cancellation less than 48hrs (2 days) before arrival = 100% of total stay will be charged
